Our Family Legacy Meeting brings together the people you choose to include in a structured conversation about your estate plan. We help educate beneficiaries and fiduciaries about the planning decisions you’ve made, discuss the responsibilities they may one day have, and answer questions in a comfortable setting. The meeting also creates an opportunity for your loved ones to establish a relationship with our team before they ever need our assistance.

When disability or death eventually occurs, your family will not be meeting their advisors, learning about their responsibilities, or trying to understand your intentions for the first time. Instead, they will have a stronger understanding of your wishes, greater confidence in their responsibilities, and an established support system to help guide them through the next steps.

    • Privacy Checklist that lets you set the scope of discussion, including information you want to exclude (like specific assets or total net worth)

    • One-Hour Meeting (in-person or via zoom) with an Attorney and the beneficiaries/children/fiduciaries of your choosing to discuss your overall estate plan and the family’s role(s)
